General Responsibilities as an On-Site Specialist will include:
Assist with maintenance and improvement of the on-site program
Operations; reporting, new hire orientations, safety, compliance
Exercise independent judgment in guiding the activities of all associates and the associates of any sub-contractor to ensure job performance goals are met or exceeded
Create a strong bond with all temporary associates, reinforcing the employer-associate relationship and their commitment to the client
Work closely with the client s personnel to ensure that the client s expectations are met
Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and comply with them in all work activities
Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job
Desired Skills & Experience - On-Site Specialist:
2+ years of customer service, staffing, or manufacturing industry experience preferred
Solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently
Function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority, high volume environment
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
High level of self-motivation and sense of urgency
Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally
