We are currently seeking qualified Warehouse Customer Service Representative for a client in the Mechanicsburg / Camp Hill Area!

Position Hours*
: 2nd Shift | Monday Friday | 2: 00 PM 10: 00 PM

*Flexible to work overtime.

Pay Rate
: $ 15.50 / hour

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Clerical/Admin Auditor Warehouse Clerk

Job Responsibilities

The warehouse CSR serves customers by processing orders, resolving problems and positively communicating with customers to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.

Other responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep. Position include:

  • Properly processes customers orders; troubleshoots orders and resolves discrepancies as needed.

  • Properly utilizes warehouse management system and maintains appropriate documentation.

  • Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified customer orders.

  • Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.

  • Provides exceptional customer service to incoming callers, customers and carriers.

  • Proactively communicates with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met.

  • Processes, audits and files various documentation.

  • Performs various office support activities.

  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are job requirements.

  • The ability to get along with others and non-violence is a job requirement to consistently promote a positive team environment.

  • Signing driver s in and out

  • Assigning work in an RF environment to meet timeframes by appointment

Job Requirements

As a CSR you must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and be able to work in a team-oriented environment. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with management and fellow employees. Ideal candidates have a positive attitude and previous experience.

Other requirements of the Customer Service position include:

  • Must be a team player who works well in a collaborate environment

  • Pre-Employment Screenings

  • Steady work history

  • Must have at least 6 months 1 year of customer service experience

  • Computer skills & proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Principles and practices of effective customer service

  • Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to work overtime
