Currently, we are seeking Consumer Relations Representatives with a Company located in the Lititz, PA area.

This could be a Temp-to-Hire position for the right person. Full time and part time positions available. Occasional overtime and Saturday s. This position will start at $13.00 to start and is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company!

Consumer Relations Customer Service- Call Center

Job Responsibilities

As a Consumer Relations Representative, you will report to the Customer Service. Your duties will include:

  • Serve as the first line of communication for consumer related inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.

  • Advocate for the consumer and exemplifies exceptional customer service skills.

  • Regular attendance is required to maintain the functions of the job.

  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to transform vague situations into defined problems and provide solutions.

  • Provide advanced information and education to consumers regarding products and services and identify opportunities to suggest additional products.

  • Ability to grasp a clear understanding of and master all brands of products.

  • Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, and alert Supervisor of trends that may impact the business and share feedback with larger group.

  • Understand the "trouble points" on products and is able to walk consumer through problem solving.

  • Conduct administrative follow-up work to evaluate and improve consumer satisfaction.

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy department.

  • Ability to remain professional when challenged with difficult situations.

Consumer Relations Customer Service- Call Center

Education/Experience/Other Skills

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred. Call Center experience a plus

  • Experience with providing support via Live Chat a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Familiar with all Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Familiar with the Internet and Ecommerce practices.

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or greater preferred.
