This position is responsible for maintaining production line equipment performance required to meet schedule goals. The person in this role will:
Minimize machine downtime through effective and efficient trouble shooting.
Complete machine changeovers in established (SOP) time frames.
Keep machines loaded with packaging materials.

Basic Purpose

Use appropriate assessment tools to provide feedback regarding trainee's progress and relay to Training Manager and DC Operations Management
Assist in the development of additional training material to ensure success of all Associates
Develop and maintain an acceptable performance level as a Merchandise Processor and a level of operational expertise in a a minimum of one Functional areas.
Other duties as assigned.
