Berks and Beyond is seeking a talented and hardworking Lease Payables Rent Analyst. The Rent Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial lease changes resulting from landlord invoices or changes initiated via our Real Estate Management system.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:______________________________________________



  • Ensure all changes are in compliance with the lease and are in line with internally established thresholds.



  • Ensure that all appropriate reviews and approvals are obtained for all changes to lease financials.



  • Review and reconcile landlord billings/statements to actual payments made.



  • Communicate with landlords via phone and written correspondence.



  • Must be able to read and understand lease language.



  • Perform other duties as assigned.





QUALIFICATIONS:__________________________________________________________



  • Associates degree or equivalent from college or trade school, or 6 months related experience and/or training.



  • Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.E., Excel, Word, Access, etc.).

Job Summary
  • Receives instructions verbally or from job cards and/or detailed prints.
  • May be required to perform up to three types of welds including Arc weld and qualify on both MIG AND TIG welding according to government specifications. More senior level position will require Oxy-Fuel weld.
  • Welds in flat, vertical and overhead positions.
  • Assists with and/or constructs welding jigs and fixtures; some layout required. More senior level position includes designing the layout.
  • Selects proper heat, settings, and electrodes for the particular type metal to be welded which may include ferrous and non ferrous metals (i.E. Aluminum, steel or brass)
  •   Performs tack welding and burning.
  • Chips and cleans welds as necesary
  •   Performs other tasks associated with welding such as clamping, measurement verification, and providing coun t of completed pieces.
  •   Uses test equipment (i.E. Fixed gages, ohmmeters, and buzzers) to check work.
  •   Senior level positions aids in design and debugging of new welding fixtures; assists in establishing and qualifying welding procedure specification (WPS)
  • Uses various tools and machines which may include argon and electric welding equipment, automatic welding gun, plasma cutter, oxygen/acetylene torch, various grinding apparatus, and other tooling and Equipment as needed.
  •   Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  •   Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
