We are currently seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative for a Warehouse in Camp Hill, PA!
Pay will be $12-$14 an hour depending on experience with 1st shift hours!

Customer Service Administration Warehouse Clerk

General Purpose: The CSR serves customers by processing orders, resolving problems and positively communicating with customers to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Properly processes customers orders; troubleshoots orders and resolves discrepancies as needed.
Properly utilizes warehouse management system and maintains appropriate documentation.
Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified customer orders.
Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Provides exceptional customer service to incoming callers, customers and carriers.
Proactively communicates with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met.
Processes, audits and files various documentation.
Performs various office support activities.
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are job requirements.
The ability to get along with others and non-violence is a job requirement to consistently promote a positive team environment.
Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.

Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. You must be able to communicate well with management and fellow employees. Ideal candidates have a positive attitude and previous experience.

Other requirements of this role include:

Steady work history
Must have at least 6 months 1 year of customer service experience
Must have good computer skills, know Microsoft programs
Principles and practices of effective customer service
Ability to work overtime
