Job Recruiter - Staffing - Employment Recruiter - Employment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
As a Recruiter you will be a liaison between the companies we represent and the qualified candidates you will recruit for their open positions. Your responsibilities will include interviewing, screening, recruiting and matching candidates to open positions. You will complete all candidates paperwork, visit client sites and attend job fairs.

Other responsibilities of the Staffing position include:

Maintaining employment records
Addressing employee relations, issues and concerns
Following affirmative action guidelines and laws
Scheduling and conducting new employee orientations
Prescreening and interviewing candidates
Administering pre-qualifying tests
Recruiting candidates from online employment and social media sites.




Job Recruiter - Staffing - Employment Recruiter- Employment Coordinator Requirements


As a Recruiter you must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You must have excellent customer services skills. You must be able to react smoothly and efficiently as things change quickly throughout the day. You must be able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Candidate must be flexible working in two locations depending on business needs.

Other requirements of the Staffing position include:

Staffing/Human Resources experience, a plus.
Must be a team player who works well in a collaborate environment
Must have positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting
Proficient in MS Office and social networking
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
Previous experience using a staffing software, a plus.
Highly organized and able to multi-task under constant change.
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
